How to Use

Place Reed Diffuser vase on a stable surface that is not wood, lacquered, polished, or painted. Pour Refill into Diffuser vase and insert, then carefully remove and flip reeds to allow other end to become saturated.

Control fragrance intensity by the number of reeds used and frequency of flipping the reeds

Do you offer free shipping? Yes, all US orders over $100 before taxes and discounts qualify for free standard shipping.

Also, if you are local, there is an option to choose local pickup at 3115 Hwy 77 Panama City, FL 32405 inside of Techspresso coffee shop. You will let the cashier know that you are there for a Still Waters local pickup!

Returns and Exchanges

We are sorry your purchase did not work out for you, but it's easy to return or exchange with Still Waters Boutique.

Returns are accepted for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of receiving your order.

All returns will be issued as store credit.  Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive your return in the form of a gift card in the amount of the item(s) purchased.

All returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with original tags in place and free of stains, odors, animal hair and damage.

Please contact Still Waters to let us know you are sending an item back for a return or exchange.

If you are local, please reach out to us before returning anything to the store. Techspresso runs our register and they are not responsible for any exchanges/returns. You can email us to arrange the exchange or return.
