SHIPPING INFORMATION

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours  (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
On orders under $75, shipping is $7. Orders over $75 is free shipping within the United States. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

• Flat Rate Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $7

• RUSH Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days): $20

• FREE Shipping Over $75

Order Status and Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 3 business days for the tracking information to update once you’ve received a notification that your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays:
Please note that there may be delays due to weather, postal service issues, etc., especially during high-volume seasons. Once your order has left our store we are at the mercy of the carrier and will do our best to help you track down any missing packages.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:
We accept returns on clothing and accessories within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at info@stillwaters.boutique with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions. 

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days..

Exchanges:
We currently do offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 so we can make it right.
